Walkthrough
Free visit at a time that suits the building. We measure the areas and ask what your current clean keeps missing.
- 02
Spec and fixed price
A written schedule — area, task, frequency — with one monthly figure attached. Yours to compare against anyone.
- 03
Crew assigned
Named cleaners and a named supervisor, briefed on your site. Cover for sickness and holidays planned before it’s needed.
- 04
Walk-round and adjust
A regular walk of the building with you. Anything slipping gets fixed before it turns into a complaint.
Commercial contracts run for a minimum term of one year. After that they can roll on or run for another fixed term — and we give you three months’ notice before a term ends, so a renewal date never arrives as a surprise.
