For fleet
Your vans are your advertising. Ours is keeping them clean.
Fleet washing and valeting at your depot, on a rota that fits around your shifts — so vehicles go out clean without ever coming off the road for it.
- Public liability insured
- Overnight and weekends
- We come to the depot

What we clean
Two vans or two hundred.
Mixed fleets are normal — a depot often has three or four vehicle types on the same rota.
Vans & light commercials
Trade and delivery fleets. Livery washed properly so the wrap keeps its colour and the branding still reads at a distance.
HGVs & trailers
Cabs, curtains and trailer sides. Needs height access and space to work — we check both on the depot visit.
Taxis & private hire
Interiors first — passengers judge a cab on what the back seat looks and smells like, not the paintwork.
Company cars & pool cars
Kept presentable between drivers, and cleaned properly at handover so nobody argues about the state of it.
Coaches & minibuses
Full interiors between hires — seats, floors, windows and luggage areas, turned round overnight.
Something else on the yard?
Plenty of depots have one vehicle that doesn’t fit a category. Tell us what it is and you’ll get a straight answer on whether we clean it.
Levels of clean
Most fleets run a weekly wash and a monthly valet.
Mix and match by vehicle — the customer-facing ones usually earn a higher frequency than the rest.
Exterior wash
- Bodywork, livery and panels
- Wheels, arches and sills
- Glass, mirrors and lights
- Number plates left readable
The weekly baseline for most fleets.
Interior valet
- Cab cleared, vacuumed and wiped down
- Dash, controls and door cards
- Interior glass and screens
- Load area swept and cleared
Monthly on working vehicles, weekly on anything carrying passengers.
Deep clean
- Seats and carpets extracted
- Odour treatment and sanitising
- Handover and end-of-lease cleans
- New-vehicle prep and de-wax
Called off as you need it, or scheduled quarterly.
At the depot
Cleaned while they’re parked, not while they’re earning.
- 01
Depot visit
We count the fleet, look at access, drainage, water and power, and find out when the vehicles are actually standing still.
- 02
Rota and price
A written rota — which vehicles, which level of clean, how often — and one invoice covering the lot.
- 03
We come to you
Overnight or between shifts, with a named crew who learn your yard, your gate codes and your order of play.
- 04
Checked off
A record of what was done and when, so you know which vehicles were missed and why — usually because they were out.
Why it pays
A dirty van is an advert you’re already paying for.
Every vehicle in your livery is out in front of customers all day. Clean, it says the business is run properly. Filthy, it says the opposite — and it says it to everyone stuck behind it.
The cab matters just as much. Drivers spend their whole shift in it, and it’s the first thing anyone notices at handover.
What it looks like at your depot
The things a fleet manager asks on the first call, answered before you make it.
- Waterless
- No jet washing and no steam, so there is no wash-water running across your yard looking for a drain.
- We work off your supply
- Power and water at the depot. Nothing to bring in, nothing to park up.
- Ten vehicles and up
- That is the smallest fleet we take on.
- Priced per vehicle
- Not per visit, and not one monthly figure for the whole yard.

Tell us where they sleep.
We’ll come to the depot, look at the fleet and the access, and come back with a rota and a price.
