Who we are

PremiumClean&Care Limited is a cleaning company registered in England and Wales, company number 12834041. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy, which means we decide what is collected and why.

What we collect

When you fill in one of the enquiry forms on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your company name if you give one, your phone number, your email address, the postcode of the property or depot, a rough size — rooms, square feet or number of vehicles — the kind of work you need, and anything else you choose to tell us in the notes.

Not every form asks for all of these. The short forms on the service pages ask for four things; the full quote page asks for more. You are never asked for payment details anywhere on this website.

How we collect it

Only from the forms, and only when you submit one. We do not track you as you read the site: there is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's server.

If you phone or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that call or message in the ordinary way.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details to reply to you, to quote for the work, and — if you go ahead — to carry it out and keep our records of it. Where you have asked us for a quote, our legal basis is that we are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Once you are a customer, it is the performance of that contract, and our legal obligation to keep business and tax records.

We only send marketing if you have asked us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives what you typed, emails it on to us, and keeps a copy in our account there so that an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. They handle it on our instructions, for the purpose of getting it to us. Your enquiry may be processed outside the UK.

Beyond that, your details are seen by the people here who need them to quote for or carry out your job, and by our accountant where the records are financial ones. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not turn into a job is kept only as long as we might reasonably still be following it up, and then deleted.

If you become a customer, we keep your records for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we process it, to object to us processing it, and to have it transferred to another organisation. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you make any of these requests, we have one month to respond, and it costs you nothing.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. It sets nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss and nothing for you to turn off.

If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for instance — we will ask your permission first and update this page before we do it.

Other websites

This policy applies only to our website. We link out to our Facebook, Instagram and Google pages, and those are not covered by it: each of those companies has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for what they do.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy from time to time and post any updates on this page, along with the date they were made.
