- Do you cover my area?
- We work across the whole of London, every borough, and take work elsewhere in the UK. Tell us the postcode and we’ll say yes or no straight away.
- Can you work out of hours?
- Yes — most commercial cleaning happens before the building opens or after it closes, and we work Monday to Sunday.
- Are your cleaners checked?
- Every one of our 50-plus staff is vetted before they start, and public liability insurance is in place.
- Can you start at short notice?
- Often, yes — short-notice work is something we take on. Call rather than email if it’s urgent.
- Do you bring your own equipment?
- Yes — we bring our own equipment and cleaning products to every job. Washroom consumables (soap, paper, bin liners) aren’t included, so those stay with you.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- Contracts are for commercial work only, with a minimum term of one year. After that it can roll on or run for another fixed term, and we give three months’ notice before a term ends. Domestic and one-off jobs aren’t contracted — they’re booked visit by visit.
